1. Order Processing

Once you place an order with Sun Up Shoes, we get to work right away to prepare your items for shipment.

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays)

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day

During peak seasons, promotional events, or high-volume periods, processing may take 3–5 business days

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order

A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been shipped

Order Modifications
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at sunupshoes@outlook.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, modifications may no longer be possible.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delays Due to Customs
Customs clearance procedures can sometimes cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times. While we strive to ensure t

imely delivery, we have no control over customs processing and cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Undeliverable International Packages
If a package is returned to us due to:

Refusal to pay customs duties or taxes

Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

Failure to pick up the package from the local post office

Refusal of delivery

We will issue a refund for the product value only, minus any shipping costs incurred. Shipping fees and any return shipping costs are non-refundable in such cases.

7. Shipping Restrictions

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Please note that delivery times for APO/FPO addresses may be longer due to military mail processing.

Remote or Rural Areas
Shipments to remote, rural, or hard-to-reach areas may experience longer delivery times. Additional surcharges may apply and will be communicated at checkout or via email.

8. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, there may be occasional delays due to:

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

We take the safe delivery of your order seriously. Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, the responsibility for the package transfers to you.

If Your Package Is Marked "Delivered" but You Haven't Received It:

Check around your property (porch, mailbox, side door, with neighbors)

Wait 24–48 hours – carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered before physical drop-off

Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for more detailed delivery information

We will work with you and the carrier to investigate the matter. Please note that we cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as "Delivered" unless the investigation confirms that the package was not delivered to the correct address.

If Your Package Is Lost in Transit:
If tracking shows no updates for an extended period (15+ days for domestic, 25+ days for international), please contact us, and we will initiate a trace with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

10. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you realize you entered an incorrect address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at sunupshoes@outlook.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we will update the address at no cost. If your order has already shipped, we cannot make changes, and you may need to contact the carrier directly to redirect the package (additional fees may apply).

Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address will be subject to:

A reshipping fee (if you wish to have the order resent)

Refund of product value minus original shipping costs (if you prefer a refund)

11. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability and warehouse locations. You will receive separate shipping confirmation emails for each package, each with its own tracking number. There is no additional charge for split shipments.
