How to Track Your Order
Tracking your order is simple. Follow the steps below to stay updated on your shipment's progress.
Step 1: Locate Your Shipping Confirmation Email
Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. This email is typically sent within 1–3 business days after your order is placed, depending on processing times. Be sure to check your inbox—and your spam or junk folder, just in case.
Step 2: Find Your Tracking Number
Inside the shipping confirmation email, you will find:

Step 3: Monitor Your Shipment
Click the tracking link provided in the email to view real-time updates on your package's location and estimated delivery date. Alternatively, you can visit the carrier's official website and enter your tracking number manually for the same information.
Tracking Statuses – What They Mean
When you check your tracking information, you may encounter the following statuses:

| Processing | Your order is being prepared, inspected, and packed for shipment. |
| Shipped | Your order has left our facility and is on its way to the carrier. |

| Out for Delivery | Your package is with the local carrier and is scheduled to be delivered today. |
| Delivered | Your package has been delivered to the address provided. |
| Delivery Attempted | The carrier attempted delivery but was unable to complete it. Please check for a notice or contact the carrier to reschedule. |
| Held / Exception | There may be a delay due to customs, incorrect address, or other factors. Contact us or the carrier for assistance. |
What to Do If Tracking Information Isn't Updating
It's not uncommon for tracking information to take 24–48 hours to appear after you receive your shipping confirmation email. During peak seasons or holidays, carriers may experience delays in scanning and updating tracking statuses.
If your tracking status has not updated for more than 5 business days, please contact us at sunupshoes@outlook.com with your order number, and we will investigate the issue on your behalf.
What to Do If Your Package Is Marked "Delivered" but You Haven't Received It
If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package, we recommend the following steps:

Check around your property – Look in mailboxes, front porches, side doors, or any secure areas where carriers may have left the package.

Ask household members or neighbors – Someone else may have accepted the package on your behalf.

Wait 24–48 hours – Occasionally, carriers mark a package as "Delivered" before it is physically dropped off.

Contact the carrier – Use the tracking number to reach out to the shipping carrier directly for more detailed delivery information.

Reach out to us – If you still cannot locate your package after 48 hours, contact our support team at sunupshoes@outlook.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim or finding a resolution.
International Shipping & Customs Tracking
For international orders, please note that tracking updates may become less frequent once the package leaves the originating country and enters your local postal system. You may need to use your tracking number on your local postal service's website for the most accurate updates.
Additionally, international shipments may be subject to customs clearance processes, which can sometimes cause delays beyond our control. If your tracking shows that your package is held at customs, you may be contacted by local authorities to provide additional information or pay applicable duties and taxes. Order Not Yet Shipped?
If you have just placed your order, please allow 1–3 business days for processing. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way. If you haven't received this email after 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.
